What Audhio Is

Audhio is a Chrome browser extension that converts webpage text into spoken audio with synchronized highlighting. These terms govern your use of the extension and our website at audhio.com.

Using Audhio

By installing or using Audhio, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, uninstall the extension.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Audhio
• Use Audhio only for lawful purposes
• Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the extension
• Don't use Audhio to systematically extract or scrape content from websites

The Service

Audhio is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it working reliably, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Things that may affect availability:

• Website structure changes that affect text extraction
• Third-party API availability (text-to-speech providers)
• Browser updates that affect extension compatibility

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Content

Audhio converts existing webpage text to audio for your personal use. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to access and listen to the content on any page where you use Audhio. We don't claim ownership of any webpage content processed through the extension.

Intellectual Property

The Audhio extension, website, brand, and associated code are owned by Brainsnack Studio LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of Audhio without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brainsnack Studio LLC and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Audhio. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (which is zero — Audhio is free).

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top when we do. Continued use of Audhio after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
